ESWATINI BUSINESSMAN, 2 OTHERS SHOT IN SA, 1 KILLED

MBABANE - A businessman of Asian origin was reportedly shot eight times around Chrissiesmeer in Mpumalanga, South Africa, yesterday afternoon.

The businessman, who was driving a black Lexus, was travelling with two others, who are believed to be his bodyguards. One of the victims is said to have died while receiving treatment in hospital, in the republic, following the shooting. This was confirmed by South African Police Service (SAPS) Spokesperson, Colonel Donald Mdhluli. Mdhluli said: “Yes I can confirm that the victim unfortunately died in hospital today (Wednesday, July 31, 2024) in the afternoon.
