MBABANE – Everyone was going about their business in Mbabane near Mbhilibhi House when suddenly, there was a loud bang.

It was the sound of a van colliding with a truck, leaving bystanders stunned. This was not an ordinary accident; it occurred in a parking lot, drawing extra attention yesterday afternoon.

Reports indicate that a security guard from an agency partnered in road safety was driving the vehicle. It is alleged that the guard did not possess a valid drivers licence. According to eyewitnesses, the driver appeared to accelerate towards the truck before crashing into it.

Senior Superintendent Phindile Vilakati, who serves as the Chief Police Information Communication Officer, confirmed the accident. She stated that officers responded to the scene where a man had lost control of the vehicle. No one was injured .
