MBABANE – The Chief Justice, Michael Ramodibedi, has appointed three High Court judges into the Supreme Court.

The appointments are, however, on an acting basis.

The judges are Justices Mbutfo Mamba, Nkululeko Hlophe and Jacobus Annandale.

Ramodibedi made the appointments, which will be for a month, on July 4, 2013 and an Extraordinary Government Gazette has already been published.

“In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by Section 153 (5) of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Swaziland Act, 2005, I Michael M.

Ramodibedi, Chief Justice of Swaziland, do hereby appoint (name of judge) as acting Justice of the Supreme Court with effect from July 12, 2013 to August 12, 2013,” reads the Gazette.
