MBABANE - Former Businesswoman of the Year Nokunceda Bujela is wanted out of her marriage by her husband Rudolph Adolf Manser. She was allegedly involved in an extra-marital affair with the late former Mr Swaziland and businessman Thulani Matsebula.

Matsebula was also a member of the Border Restoration Committee. These are allegations contained in an affidavit whose veracity is still to be tested in court. Manser, who is from Switzerland, further alleges that Bujela gave money in cash, and gifts which include a motor vehicle to the late Matsebula.

He further alleges that his wife also assisted Matsebula establish a business, paid for his accommodation and spent holidays with him using money obtained from their joint estate.
“She has established a number of companies without my consent despite that we are married in community of property and I am the administrator of the joint estate,” he stated.

In his affidavit filed at the High Court, Manser further submitted that his wife allegedly stole money from his personal account held at the First National Bank.
“She has mortgaged our marital home at Thembelihle with Nedbank Swaziland for an amount of over E2 million. I was not privy to the use of the E2 million obtained from Nedbank, and the joint estate derived no financial benefits from this money, it was used by the defendant (Bujela),” he alleged.

He alleged that Bujela had also stolen money from their business, Manser Import and Export Investment (Pty) LTD in Manzini and such money was stored in a safe to be used for stock.
Manser also alleged that his wife had removed and disposed of many households’ items in the marital home.
“Disgusting as it is, she has even stolen cash from our daughter Imaine Manser while she was asleep. It is the defendant (Bujela) that has caused the marriage to collapse, through her adulterous relationship with the late Thulani Matsebula. Her reckless conduct in relation to finances of the joint estate which are mainly generated by the family business has not helped the marriage as well,” he stated.

He also submitted that Bujela further accused him of snoring and as such suggested that he should move out of the bedroom as he was useless.
Manser alleged that Bujela proceeded to lock the main bedroom and he was forced to move into the cottage.

He also denied that he harassed Bujela in any manner and the only report that was made to the Royal Swaziland Police was a consequence of a specific act of theft, which she committed against him by allegedly stealing money from his personal bank account at First National Bank in Manzini.

He alleged that Bujela stole amounts exceeding E100 000 which he had intended to contribute to their company Manser Import and Export Investment (Pty) Ltd for the purposes of buying stock from China. He alleged that the money was fraudulently withdrawn from his account by Bujela.

“She misrepresented to the banking officials that she had been authorised by me to access my person account. I was entitled to report this criminal act to the police, as per the requirement of the law,” he stated.

Lets hope this is not true, this is one of the reason making us men not to be interested in getting married. We pay lobola to show appreciation only to get disappointments in return. Just imagine all the money & property accumulated only to be spent with another man. No wonder we experience many killings in such relationships, i do not promote murder but just imagine this life. What will you do if it was you?
