MBABANE – Swazi TV Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and host of popular radio programme Khalamdumbadumbane Bongani Sigcokosiyancinca Dlamini has offered advice to the PM’s fiancée ahead of the marriage.

Sigcoko said Joy Maziya should not question Prime Minister (PM) Sibusiso Dlamini on his whereabouts if he does not spend the night at home. Sigcoko said Maziya should understand that the work which the PM was involved in sometimes called for him to work all night.
This was during the briefing of editors by the PM yesterday on the wedding slated for Saturday.

Sigcoko said he was not addressing Maziya as the CEO of a TV station, but as a person who has worked for government and with royalty and as a brother-in-law.

“We work day and night and sometimes we come back in the morning, therefore, I do not expect her to think that you were out having an affair or doing other things which would be considered wrong,” said Sigcoko. Sigcoko, who is also a relationship advisor on SBIS problem-solving programme, said he was also happy that the PM had found them a sister- in-law (makoti) who was not only God-fearing, but mature.
“As you may well know in our old age it is difficult to find the right women and you sometimes meet women who would milk you dry and be wayward,” said Sigcoko.

He said in vernacular that some women timbila titfutsa.
He, however, advised that the premier should take time off and go on holiday or go on a honeymoon as it was important for him to give his marriage attention and not to keep working.  “So please go to this island when you get the chance,” he said.

The PM said his partner would get the message particularly because she read all publications and listened to the radio and watched both Swazi TV and Channel S.

She doesnt need any advice from anybody about marriage. Is she not the widow of Alex Shabangu? Kahleni kusiphaphela nine. She is Alex's wife. Senenta ngatsi yintfombi. Suka nini. Instead of concentrating on really issues about Swaziland you make this a national issue. Joy is Alex wife. Kuhlobonga loku lenikwentako. As for Sigcoko. During the times of Mbhokane was he ever going to talk like this. No. He is just another hypocrite, a boot licker. Enough of this nonsense.
