CORRECTIONAL UNBEATEN IN 14 GAMES

MBABANE – Correctional are right on course to win the Swaziland Royal Insurance Corporation (SRIC) Darts league.


This is after they proved invincible in 14 league games; SRIC A and SRIC B were the victims of the unstoppable Flag Nxumalo captained led charges.
The games were played at Matsapha Gymnasium Service Sports Centre. 
Correctional cruised past SRIC B 22-1 before trampling over SRIC A 13-0.


The dominant Correctional side are sitting comfortably at the top of the summit with a massive 42 points, while second placed Scandza are at 30 points. Correctional team are comprised of Jethro Ndzingane, Mkhulisi Ndzingane, Bheki Nkonyane and Flag Nxumalo. Other star players are Ntokozo Makhanya, Thobile Gumedze and Bongani Dlamini.


Illovo who beat Scandza two weeks back got the better of  Makie beating them 19-5.The sugar belt side are perched on the third spot with 30 points, only separated by leg difference with six times defending champions Scandza.
Ecco Water are finding their mojo back as this week they recorded two back to back victories against SRIC A and Railway, 13-0 and 20-3 respectively.


Correctional captain Flag Nxumalo said they wanted to finish the first round unbeaten.
“We want to win this league by all means and we will ensure that by at least winning all our first round games,” said Nxumalo.
