E30 FOR #YELELE QUARTERS

MBABANE – Football lovers will pay E30 to watch the SwaziBank Cup quarter-final games.


The games are slated for Somhlolo National Stadium tomorrow and Sunday. Interestingly, fans will also have to pay to watch the Under-20 quarter-finals. Only 25 team officials will be allowed free entry. The Under-20 games were free to watch when the tournament was at its group stages, which were played at Manzini Club and Somhlolo National Stadium in the past two weeks.


The changes were necessitated by that football lovers who refuse to be moved out of stadiums when Premier League games commence.
This was confirmed by SwaziBank MC Secretary Pat Vilakati yesterday.


“We invite football lovers to come in great numbers to watch these games. We also appeal for violence-free games,” said Vilakati.
Games will kick off at 9am tomorrow and Sunday. Manzini Sundowns U-20 will face-off with Moneni Pirates in the first match tomorrow. Tambuti versus Young Buffaloes game will curtain-raise for the senior teams in Buffaloes versus Midas City, which kicks off at 1:30pm.


Matsapha United will later battle it out with Manzini Sundows.
On Sunday, the Green Mamba versus Manzini Wanderers U-20 match will be a curtain-raiser for Vovovo against Manzini Wanderers, which is set to kickoff at 1:30pm.
Mbabane Highlanders will host Tambuti at 3:30pm.
