IT’S SRA POOL CLUB VERSUS MB. COUNCIL
MBABANE – Mbabane City Council will put SRA to the test when they lock horns in the Mbabane Express Car Wash Pool League.
The revenue company are new to the league and tomorrow they will be put to the test if they are ready to play in the 12-team league.
The two sides will cross swords at 2pm at the Mbabane Car Wash tomorrow. Another game that will draw a crowd is Big Guns against Mbabane Express Car Wash one pool club. This game will also play simultaneously with the SRA/City Council game.
Mbabane Express Car Wash Two will be hoping to record their first victory when they host Bel Air Juniors at 4pm.
The league Coordinator Sicelo Mdzebele said they were grateful to have new teams such as Swaziland revenue Authority joining the league.
“This is a good start for the league as it shows that people out there will want to associate with this league. We are currently in talks with Manzini City Council and they are also willing to be part of the league,” said Mdzebele.
He further said Sunday games were cancelled because a majority of the teams that were part of the Mbabane Express Pool Club would be honouring another tournament.
“We have like seven teams from our league that will partake in the Singapore Pool Tournament slated for Sunday so we had to cancel Sunday games. We urge teams to register on time because the registration deadline is in two weeks time,” added Mdzebele.
