ON SONG ‘WESLIANS’ FACE ROYAL LEOPARD
MBABANE – Fresh from inspiring back-to-back wins in their last two MTN League matches, Manzini Wanderers will fancy their chances against a fumbling Royal Leopard tonight.
Despite a perfectly rich and balanced squad, Leopard have found the going tough, managing just nine points from a possible 21. It seems, for the second season running, Leopard are far from retaining their spot and if they are to keep chase with the leading pack in this season’s tightly contested league, Sifiso ‘Nuro’ Ntibane’s charges will have to start collecting maximum points.
It does not look like it will get any easy though with each passing week, especially with Wanderers next on the line. Nyanga ‘Crooks’ Hlophe’s teams, wherever he has coached has that drive, determination and endurance to grind results and it is exactly what the ‘Weslians’ have done in the past week, six points from a possible six.
