DON’T DRAG PLS’S NAME THROUGH MUD – NGUDZE
MANZINI – Red Lions’ new director Ngudze Mamba has warned against bad mouthing PLS Chairman Victor Gamedze.
Mamba made these remarks during the unveiling of the team’s new home and away kit yesterday at Shisanyama which, is housed at the Riverstone Mall in Manzini. “You hear other governors badmouthing the PLS Chairman Victor Gamedze on the street. This is not good, if you want to advise the chairman; there is platform where you can do that. I am talking about AGMs or a proper PLS meeting, instead of talking behind his back,” Mamba said. The director said he has noted how other team representatives developed the ‘pull him down syndrome’.
“If Gamedze is offside one needs to address him in a proper manner. We teams affiliate under the Premier League of Swaziland so we must protect the brand,” he said. He further said he was happy to unveil the team’s new kits which he said was a beginning of good things to come for the Red Lions family. “We want to do things professionally here. this is only a start and we do hope this will go a long way in motivating the players to produce good results. This is part of team-building and we are trying to build an empire here, a brand that will be a force to be reckoned with in the elite league despite that we are at the brink of relegation now,” he said.
