MATSAPHA UTD, ‘BULL’ HAVE SCORE TO SETTLE

MBABANE – Sunday’s missiles throwing from the Mbabane Highlanders stand can only mean one thing – the ‘Black Bull’ fans are a frustrated lot.

18 points from 14 games is bad return by any standards.
Dearly departed Mbabane Swallows CEO Sibusiso Manana, may his soul rest in internal peace, once said, “Highlanders fans have success stress,” when responding to their habit of booing every Swallows move during their matches. It showed on Sunday and new man at the helm, Professor Ngubane has a burning issue to address; and that is getting positive results for the country’s most successful side in history soonest.

But it does not get any easier, especially against a team of Matsapha United’s quality. It is not entirely Ngubane’s problem in all honesty but it has to be done even if it means crawling at least to the January transfer window, where needless to say, the club directors will have to open their purse widely.
