NCAMISO MATSE IS NJOMANE GOLF DAY CHAMPION

MBABANE – He came, played and conquered.

That is the story of Big Bend based golfer Ncamiso Matse who won the ninth edition of the Njomane Golf Day on an impressive score of 41 points. The tournament, which saw 43 golfers brave the cold weather for the annual competition, was held at Mbabane Golf Course yesterday.

Matse said he was happy to win the tournament.
“This is a good way to end my year, I am very happy that today I won this tournament. It has been a while since I won something so it felt great to win something,” Matse said.

He attributed his achievement to practice and hard work.
Meanwhile, Michael Mahlalalela came second on 39 points while Zwelisha Dlamini came third on 38 points.
Sandile Chonco did not only come fourth on 37 points but also shone in the novelties where he scooped the nearest pin 2/11 award.
