AEROBICS AFTER 10KM WALK/RUN
MBABANE – Athletes will flex their muscles after the KwaMagogo 10km Legacy run/walk by participating in aerobics courtesy of Phela Live.
Phela Live Marketing Manager Nathi Dlamini urged all athletes to also attend the aerobics marathon to easily flex their muscles and avoid cramps after the run or walk. He said some of those to lead in the aerobics are experts in Noah Tsabedze and Tengetile Moyo among others.
“Phela Live will provide a platform for all their athletes to participate in the race to do aerobics as it will assist in cooling down one’s body. There is no registration fee for the aerobics as it will be free of charge,” he said.
