MBABANE – It is now not too far before the country’s current most prolific striker Sabelo ‘Sikhali’ Ndzinisa returns to action for Mbabane Swallows.

The hit man who had been out since last season’s Swazi Telecom Charity Cup due to a career-threatening head injury that required two operations worth around over E500 000 is now out of hospital after his second and final operation at Manzini Clinic.

“All went well with the second operation and he’s now out to start his recovery process for three months. After the three months it doesn’t mean he’ll immediately return to action but it will be a start of that process,” confirmed the club’s General Manager Sandile ‘Beyond 2000’ Zwane yesterday.

Zwane said they were grateful to God that the striker would have the opportunity to once again showcase his talent in the field of play.
“We won’t rush him instead we want to support all the way in his recovery as we always have since day one. When the time is right, he will return and do what he used to do before his unfortunate injury – scoring goals is his game,” Zwane said.

Meanwhile, he said their training programme was on schedule and going well with all the players returning.
However, he acknowledged that there would be exits and new signees but they were hopeful to announce all that by the end of next week.
