’DOWNS, PIRATES FOR MANZINI BUILD-IT UNDER-13 TOURNEY

MBABANE – Premier League sides Moneni Pirates and Manzini Sundowns will parade youngsters in tomorrow’s Build-It Under-13s tournament.


Sundowns and Pirates will be among eight teams that will be in chase for gold at Manzini Club from 7:30m.  The rest of participating teams will be Magevini Celtics, Mataliyane, Mangozeni, Hot Beans, Bad Boys and former champions Ishibobo.


According to a correspondence from Eswatini Football Association (EFA) Marketing and Communications Officer Muzi Radebe, said a walk from Manzini Build-It Store will kick-start the proceedings.


“At 8:30am, there will be age screening for the players,” said Radebe.

Games will be played from 9am and the eight teams are grouped into two. The group winners and runners-up will get a ticket to the semi-finals. The prize giving is expected to get underway at 2pm.
It is the fourth Build-It tournament of the year. The other stops were at Pigg’s Peak, Buhleni and Matsapha.
