USUTU FOREST SCHOOLS LEAGUE CHAMPIONS
MALKERNS – They emerged the best.
This is Usutu Forest pupils who were on Saturday awarded for being the champions of the 2018 Schools League. This was during the Swaziland Equestrian Federation (SEF) 2018 Annual Awards Evening at Malendela’s Restaurant in Malkerns. The Usutu pupils who were recognised on the night included Gia Aragon-Meco, Chloe Boyd, Katie Boyd, Phoebe Garrell, Noa Lanir, Jessica La Roux, Sophie McCleod, Cheyenne Nunn, Madison Pike, Raquel Thomson, Aoife White and Erin White.
Achievement
For their achievement, the pupils received a trophy and caps. Present during the function was the Swaziland National Sports and Recreational Council (SNSRC)’s Zama Tsabedze, Eswatini Olympic and Commonwealth Games Association (EOCGA) Secretary General Sidney Simelane and SEF President Glenda Warburton. Judges, coaches and course builders were also recognised for their efforts. Ann Davies, Jenna Shields, Rose-Ann Tosani, Sue Elsey and Nandi Williams received judges’ certificates for the FEI Dressage participation.
Natalie Lombard, Biance Jones, Lesley Bretton-Smith, Sarah Fawcett, Kate Reilly-Warr, Jeanine van Wyk and Nandi Willaims received the coaches’ FEI Dressage ESEE Certificate of participation.
Certificate
Bianca Jones, Kate Reilly-Warr, Jeanine van Wyk and Nandi Williams took home the FEI Show Jumping ESEE Certificate of participation for coaches. The FEI Show Jumping ESEE Certificate of participation for course buliders was given to Kim du Plessis, Ann Davies and Esley. Other notable winners during the night include Wandy Williams who rides on Swazi-Lizkhars Little Wonder as she got a trophy for being the winner of the FEI World Dressage 2018 Swaziland Prix St George. Nandi Williams, who rides on Eagles Cloudburst, got a title for being the winner of the FEI World Dressage Challenge 2018 Swaziland senior. Lia van Wyk, who rides on Catch My Drift, received a trophy after winning the FEI World Jumping Challenge 2018 Swaziland Category C.
