VOVOVO WANT E150 000 FOR U-20S STAR MANYISA
MBABANE – It seems teams interested in the services of Vovovo’s prized asset Leon Manyisa, should be ready to break the bank.
The national Under-20s star, who was once linked with a move to Spain late last year, had reportedly attracted interest from Manzini Wanderers.
Reports suggest the latter have since withdrawn from the race to sign the gifted midfielder, following a staggering E150 000 asking price.
“Wanderers were keen to bring on board the player, but they have since withdrawn their bid after learning about the E150 000 asking price,” alleged an impeccable source.
Vovovo Director Sipho Tsetla Bhembe said he was still to consult with other team officials on teams that showed interest in the player, but said the 18-year-old would not be sold cheaply.
“I’m aware that the player could cost between E150 000 and E200 000 because he is still youngster with a bright future,” he said briefly.
Wanderers PRO Sandile ‘Ntofo’ Dlamini said he was yet to learn about the developments, as he only got updated on concluded deals.

Wanderers General Manager Pat Mahlalela’s phone rang unanswered when sought for comment.
Meanwhile, this makes Manyisa one of the most expensive players in the country. Back in 2010, Wanderers had placed the same price tag on striker Ndoda Mthethwa’s head. The latter made a switch to Young Buffaloes.
