MBABANE – The MTN National First Division League will continue despite it being FIFA week.


The action will go underway tomorrow during the September 6 Independence Holidays with a double header billed for Somhlolo National Stadium. Tinyosi will host Madlenya at 1pm and Seven Dreams will play Vovovo at 3pm.
There is no player in the National First Division that is part of the 27 players part of the national team, Sihlangu in preparation of the 2022 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers against Djibouti.

The action continues on Saturday at Tabankulu Stadium where Callies will face Ludzeludze Killers at 3pm. Umbelebele will play Rangers on Sunday at Manzini Club, kick-off 1:30pm and the last game will be between Hlatikhulu Tycoons and log leaders, Illovo at 3:30pm.
The Premier League of Eswatini (PLE) Chief Operations Officer (COO) Pat Vilakati released the fixture yesterday.


Illovo are top of the log with a goal difference from Madlenya, both teams having won their first two opening matches. Umbelebele is yet to record a point after losing their first match and they are at the bottom of the log.
