MBABANE – COVID-19 has not deterred Women Football Association Vice Chairperson Thula Simelane from leading a healthy lifestyle.
Simelane has told the Times Sports Desk that she has not stopped training during the coronavirus era.

“Me and my sister, Chym, are gym partners. We always workout together and it is always fun to do it with her,” she says.
“It is important to try by all means to work out at least 30 minutes a day during this lockdown. If you were a member of a gym, it is not an excuse not to train anymore, you can still train at home during this COVID-19 era,” she said.

She went on to point out that training boosted the immune system thus it should be on top of everyone’s priority to train daily.
“There is no excuse to abandon your healthy lifestyle during these trying times.We need to boost our immune system by training and eating right,” she added.
When asked how she trains, she responded;
“I do bicycle exercises, sit ups, squats, skipping and sometimes I take a walk and I always do this with my sister,” she said.
