MNOTFO ENRICHES HIMSELF
EZULWINI – Staying fit is a key step towards a healthy lifestyle.
National First Division League leaders Tambankulu Callies’ team escort official and now assistant physical trainer, Mnotfo Sibusiso Dlamini, is one of the fitness enthusiasts. He has kept himself fit through individual training at Mvakwelitje Sports Ground, just on the outskirts of the capital city. He spends two hours daily during the lockdown but has been training for three years now.

“I start at 11:30am until 1:30pm. I have got to stay fit for my health and also for the time football resumes again,” he said while also opening his training tactics to members of the public.
The 37-year-old from Mahlangatsha, past Mankayane, said since he started training, his body was in good shape and he ‘hardly sees the doctor’ for small illnesses like flu or colds. He encouraged players and members of the public to also exercise as it was good for the body. He said those nearby in Mbabane can join him at the sports ground, as he was ready to train with others.
