MBABANE -  The 40 golf teams that are competing in the Eswatini Royal Insurance Corporation (ESRIC) sponsored Business League will return to the greens of the Royal Swazi Spa Golf Club for the second round of the tournament.

After the first round that was played on September 16, 2020, Mashayinkonjane 2, Manyatsi Nhleko and Lactalis teams finished on top of the charts as they were tied on 80 points.

The League’s defending champions, Manyatsi Nhleko, will have to dig deep into their well of skills if they want to reclaim this tightly contested championship.

Business

These top three teams really mean business as they are separated by three points from team Dlamini GIBB that have 77.

Captain Wakie Lawrence of team Manyatsi Nhleko said they were not under pressure to win, but to enjoy the game.

He, however, admitted that it was a tough competition and all the teams had skilled players.

“We are not playing to win anymore, but if we do, we will be happy.

“We want to enjoy the game and honour our late sponsor David Manyatsi. We are in a mourning period so we want to honour him,” said Lawrence.

Below are the final results of the first round.
