EZULWINI – It’s a clash of the titans weekend in the exciting Dixie’s International Pool League.

The fixture is out and there will be games on Saturday but it is Sunday that all eyes are on. The league top teams go head-to-head with leaders Correctional Services meeting first edition champions Way Inn while second-placed Royal Eswatini Police Service (REPS) have red-hot France to handle.

Tough

The latter are third on the table. It is a tough week for these teams who have some scores to settle.

Way Inn needs to rise from last weekend’s shock defeat to France and also retain their supremacy over their strong rivals.

Correctional had a stellar match last week as they ambushed Stairs, winning 13-2.

The Flag Nxumalo-inspired side is four points clear at the top after six games.

Way Inn trail them by 10 points on position nine and will hope to have its stars like Jairus Mhlanga available for this clash. It’s a match that REPS and France also have the same interest in as their rivals.

Task

The task for REPS may look easy given their form since the start of the league, they have won five out of five and that includes defending champions Manzini Pool Club and runners-up last season, Way Inn.

However, France are also a revamped side and are fresh from stunning Way Inn last week.
