NOBUHLE TEES-OFF IN E3.3M OPEN
MBABANE – Ace golfer Nobuhle Dlamini’s pursuit for supremacy continues in Italy today.
The Lobamba-born golfer will be among the ‘big guns’ who will take to the fairways for the Ladies Italian Open to be played between today and Thursday. The tournament will be played under the Ladies European Tour (LET) banner and the shining Eswatini golfer hopes to get a share from the whopping purse of about E3.3 million. According to information sourced from the official LET website, the tournament will be played in Italy’s Piemonte City at the 72-par Golf Club Margara.
Draw
As per the draw for round one, Dlamini will tee-off today at 8:52am alongside Elia Folch from Spain and Scotland’s Laura Beveridge. Meanwhile, Dlamini has featured prominently in Europe this year. She was in Madrid, Spain, last month where she was among the top 55 in a field of over 150 golfers. She got over E20 000, which was a share from the E4.9 million prize fund.
