E168K FOR 4EVA CYCLING, 2 FAST 2 FURIOUS RACE
EZULWINI – Value Auto Parts values sports, especially cycling.
This was proven yesterday when they handed a total of E168 500 sponsorships to cycling. At least E78 500 was given to 4 Eva Cycling club to host the 2 Fast 2 Furious cycling Race set for July 10, 2022 and E90 000 to the club for its own administration. The sponsorship was presented by Value Auto Parts Marketing Officers Mnelisi, Mweli and Setsabile Gamedze yesterday to 4 Eva Cycling Club Team Principle, Clinton McNamara. Mweli said they were happy to partner with cycling and they hoped to contribute positively in developing and growing of the sport.
4 Eva cycling club launched the 2 fast 2 furious race yesterday that will be held on July 10 at MA Ranches in the Lubombo region. McNamara said they were happy with the support they were receiving from Values Auto Parts in conjunction with Auto Zone and the Mabuza family. He said the relationships started way back in 2017 and since then cycling had been benefiting in terms of development. Last year the race was incorporated in the national road championships but this time it would stand alone as the National Road Championships were set for Sunday at Sikhuphe. Winners last year were MTN Khemani’s Muzi Shabangu and 4Eva cycling club’s Dinize Wilsch, who emerged as champions in their respective categories.
Meanwhile, McNamara said they were happy as a club to receive the E90 000 sponsorship that would assist the club as it prepared for upcoming events including the national championship on Sunday. He said they would be looking dapper on Sunday as they would be dressed in their new kit after receiving the sponsorships. “We are happy to have companies like Value Auto Parts, Auto Zone and Mabuza’s as they have been there for cycling and the club 4Eva cycling club. We are confident that this will go all the way in improving the sport in the country,” he said.
