‘AMAZULU PERFECT FOR ‘SIKHALI’
MBABANE – South Africa’s Mamelodi Sundowns superfan Bullie James feels Sihlangu’s goal-machine Sabelo ‘Sikhali’ Ndzinisa can be a perfect fit for DStv Premiership outfit AmaZulu.
James will be in the country alongside former Orlando Pirates self-proclaimed number one supporter Mama Joy (now with Royal AM) as guests for Tambankulu Callies’ Vusela Bhejane Supporters Campaign later this month. The ‘Sky is the Limit’ supporter, who is also a fan of local football, was full of praise for the Sihlangu and Mbabane Highlanders marksman in the ongoing 2022 Hollywoodbets COSAFA Cup played in Durban, South Africa.

The Highlanders lethal striker has scored three goals in the same number of games to put himself in a better position to walk away with the ‘Golden Boot’ Award. He is also on the brink of breaking the all-time top goalscorer record currently held by the country’s Felix Badenhorst, who has scored nine. Sikhali is on eight goals. “I would love to see Sikhali playing for AmaZulu. This is where he would get game time compared to signing for a bigger club. I told him this today in the morning when I was chatting to him,” James said. She said she told the Eswatini gifted forward that he was daring in front of goal and he deserved to play outside the borders of the country.
She also said she was impressed with the overall performance of the team and she said a number of Eswatini players could make the grade in South African clubs. She went on to pick the likes of skipper Lindokuhle Mkhonta, Sandile Gamedze, Fanelo Mamba and Junior Magagula as good players who could play in South Africa. Sihlangu toppled Lesotho for the pole position in Group B to set a date with guest nation, Senegal. The latter knocked out the country in last year’s edition on penalties. The two nations will lock horns tomorrow at the King Zwelithini Stadium in Durban. Kick-off time is 2pm.
