PIRATES RESHUFFLE MC, TECHNICAL BENCH

MBABANE – The Buccaneers of Moneni mean serious business this season and this is evident in the serious changes made in their management structures and technical bench.

The reshuffling of the management committee elevated Mhlonishwa Motsa to head the Management Committee (MC) as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), while Gigi Nkosi remains as the team  chairperson. Twoman Masuku and Sidumo Lukhele have retained the positions as Manager and Secretary General (SG) respectively.

Ndiphethe Dlamini has been posted as Assistant Manager, while Sibusiso Nkambule was removed from the position of Public Relations Manager (PR) to Marketing Manager and was replaced by Mbuso Hlophe who was named the new PR Manager and would take over communications with the media. Thembinkosi Dlamini returns as Finance Manager, while Terence Matse will occupy the newly-created position of Human Recourse (HR) Manager. The welfare department has been given to Gugu Dlamini, Oscar Nkambule and Bhiza Dlamini while Coaster Magongo will head the technical department as Head Coach, Thembela Dlamini will be his assistant while Knowledge Dlamini will Goalkeeper Coach and Zinzile Mpofu the Physical Trainer. Confirming these new developments was Moneni Pirates President Osborne Nzima.

“After successfully registering the team as a company in the beginning of the year, the Buccaneers brought a fresh structure of shareholders which is expected to also accommodate the supporters in order to give them a voice at the top table of decision makers within the team. “The Shareholders will include none executive members while executive members will constitute the Board of directors headed by the Chairperson,” Nzima said.
