‘SWAZI BOLT’ FACES SIMBINE

MBABANE – Aiming for the best.

That is Eswatini’s fastest sprinter in Sibusiso ‘Swazi Bolt’ Matsenjwa, who will be participating in the Simbine Classic Shootout this afternoon in  Pilditch Stadium, South Africa (SA), where he will line up alongside the host country’s former Commonwealth Games 100m champion Akani Simbine, the fastest man in SA history. ‘Swazi Bolt’ said he was well prepared for the race and wanted to do his best to qualify for the finals. “I don’t have much expectations but I’ll be happy to be in the finals. I have set my personal targets for the year where I want to do better than the previous year.” he said.

Improve

‘Swazi Bolt’ also mentioned that he wanted to improve his performance.“This race is part of my preparations to get more speed as possible, so I can improve my times in the 100m and 200m,’’ Matsenjwa said. The number one Eswatini sprinter recently got a sponsorship deal from PVM, which stands for Proteins, Vitamins & Minerals, a company based in Pretoria, SA which deals with nutritional sciences.
