WE LACK THAT KILLER INSTINCT - TERISAYI

MBABANE – The biggest downfall according to Manzini Wanderers Coach  Terisayi Changara is their killer instinct in the final.

The coach made these comments after seeing his side lose 1-0 to MTN Premier League log leaders Green Mamba on Saturday at the Prince of Wales Sports Ground. “In the first-half we didn’t play well and that is why we conceded that goal. However we came back in the second-half and fixed things but we failed to score. We missed  atleast three clear cut chances and I think we could have done better,” said Changara.

He said they believed their team played well, only that they lacked that killer touch in the final third. “We were all over them but we lack composure in the final third. Our strikers are not experienced, thus they tend to miss or loss possession in the danger zone. We need to fix that as a team,” he said.
He said although they missed Fabrice Mopina, they would have to work with what they had. “We have to work with what we have. This is a big team, we will fight to win games. These guys are doing well we have to work on scoring,” he said.

He said they have not pressed the panic button yet about relegation. Meanwhile Green Mamba Coach Ernest Mavuso said they were happy with the scrappy win. “The win was scrappy but then, I am happy for annexing the maximum points but  we need to do better in our next game,” said Mavuso. He said Wanderers played well.
