NOBUHLE NETS ABOUT E100K IN JORBUG LADIES OPEN

MBABANE – Eswatini professional golfer Nobuhle Dlamini continues to win big in major tournaments.

The Lobamba-born golfer earned E98 430 in the Joburg Ladies Open, which was played at Modderfontein Golf Course. The tournament which saw over 130 golfers competing over four days, started on Wednesday and ended on Saturday.

Dlamini earned this amount after a good day in the field. She started low on round one after playin one-over-par. In round two she picked up and played par 72 and day three looked much better as she played two-under-par. In the final round, she was probably tired and carded two-over-par and she settled on the 18th spot overall from the over 100 golfers who participated in the Sunshine Tour event.

The Joburg Ladies Open earnings mean that within three months, Dlamini has made E192 255. By the time last year Dlamini had earned herself E159 571 after winning E33 150 in the SuperSport Ladies Challenge, E77 800 in the Jabra Ladies Classic and E48 621 in the Joburg Ladies Open.
