BEACH VOLLEYBALL FACILITY LAUNCH TOMORROW
MBABANE – The wait is over, as the Eswatini Olympic and Commonwealth Games Association (EOCGA) will tomorrow officially launch the beach volleyball facility in the country.
The facility is found within the National Olympic committee’s premises at Lobamba in OlympAfrica. The good news to beach volleyball lovers was announced by EOCGA Marketing and Communications Officer Mkhulisi Dlamini.
“Tomorrow, EOCGA will be launching the much-awaited and talked about beach volleyball facility within the OlympAfrica premises. Worth noting is that this facility will also be open for use to other beach sports in preparation for the African Beach Games scheduled to take place in Tunisia at the end of June,” said Dlamini.
Dlamini added that on the day, there would also be some sports association that would use the facility to display. Among these are the Eswatini Teqball Federation (ETF) and Eswatini National Volleyball Association (ENVA). This facility was constructed using internal funds, which cost around E65 000. Its construction began late January this year.
