TOP ZIM OFFICIAL FOR AE WORKSHOP

MBABANE – Athletics Eswatini (AE) is bringing in an experienced Zimbabwe top official for its technical officials symposium to be held tomorrow.

According to AE Marketing and Communications Officer, Victor ‘Mavikane’ Dlamini, Enias Nhoro will be arriving today for the National Technical Officers (NTOs) symposium. The symposium will be held at the Eswatini Football Association (EFA) Lobamba Technical Centre, commencing at 9am.“We’d like to invite our technical officers and enthusiasts to our symposium, which will be facilitated by Enias Nhoro.  Nhoro is a top referee and lecturer from the National Athletics Association of Zimbabwe (NAAZ).

“He will be here to empower our officers as he is a seasoned and experienced officer,” Mavikane said. He urged individuals interested in being part of the symposium to express their interest through the office of the Chief Operations Officer (COO) Thoba Mazibuko.

He said the invite was open to even individuals who are willing to attend it for the time. This is an important programme that will benefit us a lot. Through it, we hope to reinforce the knowledge of our officials who could be now recognised in regional and international (sic),” Dlamini further said.

He also expressed AE’s gratitude to the Eswatini Olympic and Commonwealth Games Association (EOCGA) and Eswatini Sports and Recreation Council (ESRC) for their support in staging this workshop.
