MBABANE – Capital city giants Mbabane Swallows Head Coach Caleb Ngwenya says he hopes his players have healed from the recent results.

Ngwenya disclosed this during a pre-match interview ahead of their MTN Premier league match against Rangers to be played today at Mkhuzweni Technical Centre. “We have prepared well for the game. We just hope that the players have moved on from the disappointing results. Though I am not quite aware that Kingsley and Kwakhe have been suspended due to the yellow card rule, I believe that the players who will be playing will perform to their best level,” Ngwenya said.

Meanwhile, Rangers head coach Mthunzi Ginindza said they were ready for the game against Swallows though it would be a tough one. “This game to us is more like a final as Swallows want the league championship and Rangers want to move away from relegation as per our mandate from the beginning of this season. We are fighting to at least come back home with better results,” Ginindza said.

He further mentioned that Swallows had shown great improvement in terms of their performance but still they would go to the game with a positive mind-set. “We cannot run away from the fact that Mbabane Swallows is a big team and they are playing a very good football but we will try by all means to bring happiness to Rangers. We need character from our players more than anything else so that they can be able to mark a record. During our training we told the boys that they must forget about the name Mbabane Swallows as they are players like them, they should fear them but go for a fight,” he added.
