NSINGIZINI’S OVER E15K FOR RENTING BUS
MBABANE – Renting the trending coach bus reportedly did not come cheap for ambitious side Nsingizini Hotspurs.
Insingizi Yezulu turned heads when they showed up in a Tilly’s-branded red coach bus with the team’s sticker. This transpired during their MTN Premier League clash against Rangers, which the latter lost by a solitary goal at King Sobhuza II Memorial Stadium, this past Saturday.
clarified
Many thought the bus estimated to be valued at E5 million belonged to the team, until it was clarified that it was not the case. Classified information leaked to this publication suggested that Nsingizini paid over E15 000 to rent the bus. It could not be immediately ascertained if the fee was for one day, as Nsingizini Public Relations Officer, Mnotfo Dlamini was quoted on national radio, saying fans would see the bus again. He declined to comment when sought by this publication to confirm the costs involved.
benefits
In a statement, Chief Executive Officer Banele Ngobe said the arrival of the bus was part of the benefits of exchange programmes that they had with their partners from South Africa.
A questionnaire was sent to Lilly’s Transport, but it was not responded to at the time of compiling this report.
