MBABANE- James Pennington, a seasoned professional golfer, is poised to demonstrate his prowess in the upcoming SunBet Challenge.
The event is scheduled to take place at the Wild Coast Sun Country Club from July 24 to 26. Nestled along the breathtaking Wild Coast in the Eastern Cape, the Wild Coast Sun Country Club is home to an arduous 18-hole championship golf course, an integral part of the Sunshine Tour circuit. Boasting a par-70 card rating, the course offers awe-inspiring ocean panoramas and exquisitely manicured fairways and greens.
The tournament’s prize purse stands at a remarkable E2 million, drawing the attention of golfers such as Dan Erickson from the United States of America, Fredrik from Sweden, Stephen Ferreira from Portugal and Robson Chinhoi from Zimbabwe. There will be over 100 golfers who will compete for the coveted prize.

The defending champion is CJ du Plessis, currently ranked 1118th in the Official World Golf Ranking (OWGR) and 423rd in the Order of Merit.
