‘BUFFS’ CLINCH OVER E1M PRIMO KIT DEAL
MBABANE – Young Buffaloes have successfully negotiated a lucrative deal with Primo, which will see the army side sporting the new kit for the next three seasons.
According to the team’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Sandile Gwebu, the agreement is valued at E350 000 per season, encompassing three kits: the home kit, an away kit and an alternative kit. Additionally, the deal includes a training kit. “We extend our gratitude to the army commander for his visionary leadership regarding the team. We anticipate that this partnership will significantly enhance the team’s morale throughout the season. “We also wish to express our appreciation to the sponsor for their unwavering support, which will greatly contribute to promoting not only the team, but also their brand,” Gwebu stated.
Buffaloes are recognised as one of the premier teams in Eswatini, having clinched the league title twice since 2003, along with the Ingwenyama Cup. They have made one appearance in the Confederation of African Football (CAF) Champions League and have participated in the CAF Confederation Cup five times. He said this partnership marks a significant milestone for the club, as they aim to elevate their performance on both domestic and international stages.Meanwhile, other teams under the Primo wing at the time of compiling this report were Mbabane Swallows, Illovo and Nsingizini Hotspurs.
