SHISANYAMA’S E50K ‘HOT DEAL’ FOR EZULWINI UTD
MBABANE – Mdzimba View Shisanyama has injected E50 000 into ambitious Premier League side Ezulwini United.
This has reinforced the commitment to nurturing local talent and strengthening community ties. The announcement was made by Simon Torgeman, the Director of Mdzimba View Shisanyama. In what has been termed a ‘match made in heaven’, this collaboration aims to provide crucial support for Ezulwini United as they face the challenges of the football season. Torgeman expressed pride in partnering with the team, stating that the sponsorship would help the club navigate the difficulties often encountered by football teams. “We are thrilled to partner with Ezulwini United and hope that this support will give them the boost they need to excel in the league.
We know that football clubs face numerous challenges, and it is important for other companies to step up and help. If more businesses in the region follow suit, we can collectively elevate the standard of football in this country,” Torgeman said. He also highlighted that Mdzimba View Shisanyama’s venue would be available for the team’s functions or fundraising events. “This is your home now. We are committed to this partnership, and together, we will overcome obstacles and make Ezulwini United a force to be reckoned with,” he added. Ezulwini United’s Public Relations Officer (PRO) Guy Magongo expressed gratitude and pledged to deliver results.
“This sponsorship is not just a donation; it is an investment, and we promise that we will honour it. We appreciate your trust in us, and we will work hard to bring home a win, especially this weekend at the Ingwenyama Cup,” said Magongo. Sonkhe Sihlase, Vice Chairman of the Management Committee, expressed excitement about the sponsorship’s potential to attract more fans. “This partnership with Mdzimba View is an exciting step forward. It will not only assist us in the short term, but also attract more supporters to the team,” Sihlase expressed. With this sponsorship, Ezulwini United are well-positioned to face the season’s challenges, aiming for victory in the Ingwenyama Cup this weekend.
