MINISTER NZIMA APPRECIATES GUESTS
LOBAMBA – Minister for Sports, Culture and Youth Affairs, Bongani Nzima, expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Eswatini supporters for their unwavering enthusiasm during the Ingwenyama Cup.
Speaking after the thrilling finale at Somhlolo National Stadium, Nzima noted that the fans were a true asset to the tournament and urged them to maintain this spirited support in future events.
The minister also welcomed notable South African guests, including former Royal AM owner Shauwn Mkhize and football legends headlined by Jomo Sono, underscoring the tournament’s rising profile.
In a post-match statement, Royal Leopard’s President, Vusi Manoma Masango, proclaimed his team’s greater desire for victory over Moneni Pirates, following their 1-0 triumph in the 2024/25 Ingwenyama Cup. The National Commissioner of Police also expressed gratitude for the victory, attributing their success to divine favour.
