MBABANE – The National Football Association of Swazi-land (NFAS) has issued a notice inviting all executive members to an Exraordinary General Assembly to be held at the Royal Swazi Sun Libandla room at 6pm tomorrow.

In the notice issued to all the NFAS executive members signed by the chief executive officer (CEO), “the football governing body kindly seeks the membership’s indulgence to waive the requirement of Article 30 (30) in terms of the communication on the place, date and agenda to membership at least a week before the date of the Extraordinary General Assembly.”

The agenda of the meeting, according to the notice, is about the resolution to have 16 teams in both the Premier and National First Division Leagues. The resolution was taken at the NFAS Ordinary General Assembly.
FA CEO Frederick Mngomezulu was reluctant to comment on the matter, only confirming the executive meeting.
