MBABANE HIGHLANDERS LAUNCH ANOTHER PROMOTIONAL ITEM
MBABANE – Mbabane Highlanders have continued to develop their brand with the launch of a new promotional item.
The MTN First Division runaway log leaders yesterday unveiled car air fresheners as the new addition to their many promotional items.
This concept comes as a result of a partnership between the club and BBMS Investments, a local company based in Kent Rock, Mbabane.
It adds to a vast pool of brand marketing products which include hooded sweaters, caps, umbrellas, water bottles and replicas among others.
The fragrant air fresheners are now available for purchase at the team’s office at the Mbabane Industrial Site and at Phumuza Ntshangase’s sport shop and will also be sold at the team’s games, retailing at E25.
They will also be soon available at various filling stations but the deal is still subject to confirmation.
‘Bull’ Public Relations Officer (PRO) Thulani Khumalo explained the main aim behind the addition of the product as well as the length of their deal with BBMS Investments.
“This product is aimed at marketing and promoting the team’s brand as well as our sponsors. We, therefore, encourage our supporters to buy the items because they will also be good for their vehicles as well as their houses. The partnership is meant to be a lengthy one but for now we will be starting with a month-long pilot project then go for the long haul if all goes well during the trial period,” he said.
Meanwhile BBMS Managing Director (MD) Mpendulo Gama stood by his product’s quality, stating that it lasted for over a month, depending on how frequent the vehicle would have its windows open, while assuring that it was also good for houses.
