Kuhle Dlamini, an admitted attorney of the High Court of Eswatini, has successfully balanced a demanding career with the intricacies of motherhood and marriage, emerging as a prominent figure in the local legal and social landscape.

Foundations and Professional Stature

Raised in the capital city of Mbabane, Kuhle grew up in a nurturing Christian household as the eldest of three siblings. Her academic journey began at Sifundzani High School, eventually leading her to the University of Eswatini where she obtained her Law Degree.

Growing up in a family of three, she jokingly describes herself as the youngest despite being the firstborn. This foundation of love and faith has remained a constant throughout her transition from a student to a high-profile legal professional. Currently, she serves as the head of legal affairs for a prominent organisation. Beyond the boardroom, she is a sought-after speaker at public events. Eschewing the traditional label of ‘motivational speaker’, she prefers to share her lived experiences to encourage others in navigating their personal journeys.  Despite her professional accolades, she maintains that her role as a homemaker—cooking for her husband, Brian and their three children—is where she finds her greatest warmth. She emphasises the importance of making a house feel like a home, ensuring a warm environment for her family.

When asked about the driving force behind her achievements, Kuhle attributes her trajectory to a spiritual foundation and a robust support system. She identifies God as the primary reason for her success, noting that a commitment to serving Him is life-changing.

Faith as a pillar: She maintains that knowing God and remaining committed to prayer is her “winning formula”. She believes that being prayerful every day provides the necessary strength to face life’s hurdles.

The war room: During moments of self-doubt or professional setbacks where her self-esteem might take a knock, she retreats to prayer, a practice she affectionately terms her “war room”.

Family support: She credits her husband, Brian, for his unwavering support, noting that he has helped her persevere through challenges that might have otherwise led to surrender. She further acknowledges her parents and siblings as daily blessings.

Resilience: She encourages others to remain confident and stand tall. In her view, the world is designed to make individuals feel less, making it essential to be one’s own biggest cheerleader.

A Vision for 2026

The year 2026 stands as a milestone for the legal professional. Kuhle is looking to further solidify her brand within the Eswatini legal sector. Senior colleagues have frequently encouraged her return to private practice, citing her outspokenness and relentlessness as key assets. They particularly admire her no-nonsense approach to cases and her advocacy on matters affecting women in the workplace.

“I believe 2026 has a lot of breakthroughs in store for me,” she noted, expressing a desire to explore new cultures through travel and to take on more significant leadership roles.
