At just 22 years old, Sisekelo Kenny Dlamini has already carved out a unique space for himself in the fashion world.

His journey began not in the bustling city but in the quieter surroundings of his aunt’s work accommodation at St Theresa’s High school.

This was a place he alternated with his home at Macembe, a strategic choice that kept him close to his schools, Discovery Junction preschool, Khanyisile primary school  and later, Enjabulweni Independent School, where he ultimately matriculated with a bachelor’s degree pass.

For Kenny, fashion is more than just clothes, but he believes it is a form of self-expression, rooted in authenticity. He credits fellow style enthusiast Deandre Brown as his ultimate fashion icon, admiring Brown’s innate ability to simply ‘get it’.

This commitment to genuineness is also the cornerstone of his brand.

He maintains a consistent presence on social media, actively interacting with his followers both online and in person.

This approach, he believes, allows people to experience the ‘fullest’ version of Kenny, a connection that has been instrumental in his growth.

When it comes to his personal style, Kenny’s current go-to outfits are blazers and leather jackets. He loves how a well-chosen jacket can complement an entire look, insisting that it must always match his shoes.

His colour palette is fluid, changing with the seasons. Currently, he favours a rich autumnal feel, embracing shades of brown, orange, white and black.

His inspiration often comes from Instagram, where he saves looks to a dedicated folder for future recreation. He also admits that a bit of impulsive shopping helps keep his wardrobe fresh and exciting. With his keen eye for detail and unwavering authenticity, Kenny is a name to watch in the fashion scene.
