Well done Ntuthuko!
Sir,
I would like to praise and congratulate the Minister of Transport Ntuthuko Dlamini for the wise stance he has taken on the ownership of public permits.
A very big thank you Mlangeni for such a bold stand.
A lot of public permits in Swaziland are owned by individuals without vehicles. The most painful part of it is that they charge you exorbitant and non-regulated fees for these permits.
In fact more than 70 per cent of them are owned by ghosts, I mean people whose businesses no longer exist.
Carry on Ntuthuko, deal with them.
There is so much corruption in the transport business. Go further, some of these permits are obtained through unorthodox means. Don’t mind about the so called SCARTA outbursts.
