EZULWINI – The official dinner for the Organisation of African, Caribbean and Pacific States and the European Union at the Ezulwini Palazzo was top notch.

On Monday evening, His Majesty received delegates from the above member States for the first ever conference held at the hotel. The guests were treated to a fine dining experience as they were served with a premium three-course meal and the cream of the crop entertainers from the kingdom.

Samantha, who is a local Jazz vocalist warmed up the attendees with her soulful vocals and had the guests syncing here and there with her along the music. Eswatini’s golden man, ZwiLe was up next on the stage and killed his performance as some of the delegates were up on the feet, swaying their hips in tune to the saxophones beats.

The cultural performances were the evening’s highlights as almost the entire room stood and went to the front to watch closely and also capture the stunning culture of emaSwati. His Majesty’s Correctional Services Culture Troupe was there to give the guests a performance that they will take back home with them and cherish. Ummiso was the first group to stun the guests as some were in clear awe of the confidence from the young girls, not to mention their energy.

The next group to take the stage was the Lutsango regiment from the troupe, and just like their Imbali, the women took the energy even further. Lutsango were also creative with their rendition and incorporated some thrilling moves with their excellent feet movement. When  it was Sibhaca’s turn to hit the stage, the regiment’s performance left them dumbfounded as they were stunned by how the stage was left intact after the performances.
