MBABANE – Amapiano Superstar DJ Uncle Waffles has performed in 22 countries in just over a month as part of her ongoing world tour.

The DJ, whose real name is Lungelihle Zwane, shared the milestone on Instagram while reflecting on the demanding schedule of her A Ho In These Streets World Tour. “Twenty-two countries in a little over a month! We’re tired but grateful. Piano to the world,” she wrote.

The post attracted thousands of reactions from fans and fellow musicians, many congratulating her on the achievement and acknowledging her contribution to expanding Amapiano’s international reach.

The tour has taken the DJ across several continents, where she has performed before audiences at festivals, clubs and other live music events. Performing in 22 countries over such a short period reflects the demanding nature of international touring, which involves extensive travel, long-haul flights and successive performances.

Since emerging on the international music scene, Uncle Waffles has become one of the most recognised figures in Amapiano. Her performances have earned her bookings at major music festivals and entertainment events across Africa, Europe and North America, contributing to the continued growth of the South African genre beyond its traditional markets.
