MBABANE – Mvuselelo Fakudze has been appointed as the new Board Chairman for STANLIB Eswatini, bringing extensive leadership, financial and governance experience to the position.

Fakudze is the Chief Executive of Standard Bank Eswatini Limited and a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACCA). He also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting from the University of Strathclyde.

He joined Standard Bank in 2016 after spending six years as a partner at PwC Eswatini, where he gained extensive audit experience across the private and public sectors. His career also included an international secondment to PwC’s New York office.

His governance experience extends across several Boards and organisations in Eswatini and South Africa.

STANLIB Eswatini is a subsidiary of the Liberty Life Group and opened its offices in the country in 1999. The launching of STANLIB Eswatini brought to the market an investment management service provider with both local and international focus.
