MBABANE — The engines will roar, but it is the star-studded entertainment line-up that is set to turn the +268 Motorcycle Club (MCC) Inaugural Bikers Rally into a full-throttle celebration.
The event is slated to take place at the Prince of Wales grounds in Mbabane from September 18 to 20, 2026. The three-day rally, hosted in partnership with the Municipal Council of Mbabane under the club’s theme ‘S’phusha Ngothando’ (We Ride with Love), is designed to transform the capital into a bustling regional tourism and lifestyle hub. While the weekend promises an adrenaline-fuelled showcase of machinery and camaraderie, the heavy-hitting musical bill ensures that the entertainment matches the horsepower.
Organisers have pulled out all the stops, curating a dynamic cross-border roaster of elite DJs, Hip Hop artists and electronic music acts from Eswatini and South Africa. Including DJ MBO, Mixmash, Young Zesh, MK, Lady Zee, Sgitha, AyaCity, DJ Tshobeni and TVNDO from South Africa, Zulu D and many other acts, promising an event of fun and good music.
+268 Motorcycle Club Vice President Lomkhosi Magagula detailed a packed weekend programme designed to balance lifestyle tourism with pure entertainment. The action kicks off with an explosive Friday jam session, setting the tone for a vibrant weekend.
Saturday shifts into a family-friendly gear, highlighted by a signature breakfast run through the scenic capital, bustling vendor and artisan stalls and uninterrupted live performances. The three-day gathering will officially wrap up with a high-spirited Sunday send-off.
Beyond the music and motorcycles, the inaugural rally is projected to generate substantial economic ripple effects. Magagula noted that the influx of riders and visitors from South Africa, Mozambique, Botswana and Lesotho will fill hotel beds, boost restaurant covers, and provide local artisans.
Tickets are currently available via Carrot Tickets, structured at E550 for VIP access, E250 for general admission and E150 for children aged six to 12. With government backing, municipal coordination, and a formidable entertainment line-up locked in, the +268 MCC Rally is revving up to cement its place as a premier fixture on the Eswatini annual calendar.
