MBABANE – South African Hip-Hop artist Emtee rocked a yellow Babyjuice sleeveless tee this past weekend for a gig.

The Rapper was gifted the T- shirt by one of the brand founders Makho Polo after his performance at the Eswatini Kota Festival. In an interview with Makho he said that this was not his first interaction with the rapper. “I actually gave Emtee a baseball jacket on his last visit to the country, hearing him say that he remembers me meant a lot to me . He also encouraged me to never give up on my hustle and soldier on. Seeing him wearing my brand on stage as he promised was very dope,” he said.

Makho has carried two pieces from his latest range for the musician to pick but the Hip-hop icon Emtee Da Hustler refused to compromise. Instead, the celebrated artist took both the Baby Juice GOAT T-shirt and the Spaza T-shirt, cementing an exciting collaboration between Eswatini street culture and one of South Africa’s most prominent musical talents.

The meeting marked a significant milestone for the streetwear brand. Originating from the streets of Eswatini, Baby Juice has rapidly grown from a local label into a brand recognised by major industry figures. Handing over the apparel to Emtee was not merely a promotional gesture. It represented a meaningful cultural exchange across borders, connecting local urban fashion with mainstream hip-hop royalty.

Barely a week after receiving the gifts, Emtee was spotted wearing the brand during a live performance and shared the moment directly with his online followers.

The endorsement provides a major boost for the label as it expands its footprint across Southern Africa. Makho expressed deep gratitude for the artist’s backing, acknowledging the impact of his endorsement on their growing visibility within the regional urban scene.

With continuous support from influential figures, Baby Juice remains focused on scaling its presence from local pavement to international stages.
