MBABANE – Manzini Wanderers are making it clear they mean business.

The team has entered a new era with the appointment of former Kubuta Member of Parliament (MP) Mlamuli Mabuza and Sibani Mngomezulu as its new directors. The pair has also unveiled a new management committee (MC) for the 2025/26 football season.

Mabuza announced the new committee during a press briefing at the Manzini Club on Tuesday evening. He began by thanking the previous committee for their work, especially in preparing the team for the recently concluded 8Bet Trade Fair Cup. He was quick to clarify that the former MC members were not being sacked, but rather that the club was simply restructuring its leadership. Mabuza also revealed that the position of Managing Director (MD), previously held by Wellington Motsa, would be removed, stating that the team will now be run by its new directors.

“Today, we are here to announce a new Manzini Wanderers MC to lead the team from 2025 to 2026. We are hoping that it will be an MC to help us win trophies and avoid the drop,” Mabuza said.
