MBABANE – When music unites two nations!

Mbabane’s nightlife is set to turn up this month as Solani’s transforms into a hub of beat and vigour. On Saturday, March 21, 2026, the venue will host the Eswatini leg of the Ligwalagwala FM 44th Birthday Celebration Tour.

Music fans can expect a high-octane experience as the region’s premier DJs and performers converge for a day-to-night festival of sound.

The event features a heavyweight line-up headlined by South African DJ and producer Morda.

Known for his infectious energy and rhythmic precision, Morda is expected to draw a massive crowd.

He will be supported by a curated selection of Ligwalagwala FM’s top talent and local deck masters, ensuring the dance floor remains packed from start to finish including, Fortune Ntekati, Shabbisto, The Prince, T Boy, Buhle, Mkhulu Afro, Lungile Mhango, Locco, Sedikins, Mayas, Teqnosoul, Sindiso, President, Ntux, Griffin and Mazozo.

This tour marks a significant milestone for the station, which has spent over four decades as a cultural cornerstone for Swati speakers and music lovers across the region.

The 44th anniversary celebrations aim to bridge the gap between veteran broadcasters and the new generation of listeners through a shared love of House, Amapiano and Afro-Tech.

Organisers have promised a seamless production with world-class sound and lighting to match the occasion’s prestige.

Security will be a priority to ensure a safe environment for all revellers. Beyond the music, the event serves as a platform for regional integration, bringing together fans from both sides of the border to celebrate a legacy of broadcasting excellence.

Some of the towns that the radio station has enlisted for the tour include the beautiful ALU Sky Deck (Donna Bella Guest House). It shall be a full day of music, vibes and unforgettable moments. This show will be headlined by South Africa’s legendary Kwaito Hip Hop group, Skwatta Kamp.
