MBABANE-Two separate claims have been filed in the High Court of Eswatini, naming Funduzi Forensic Services (Pty) Ltd as the first defendant. Other defendants are the Auditor General, the Minister of Finance and the Attorney General.
In the first claim, Avapharm (Pty) Ltd is demanding E250 million, including interest. In the second claim, Asavela Investments (Pty) Ltd is also demanding E63 million from the defendants. The latter claim estimates loss of income and profits in the amount of E43 million and general damages in the sum of E20 million. The plaintiffs are represented by Dlamini Shabangu Attorneys.
